PARABELLUM

WRESTLING CLUB

You don’t have to be a Parabellum member to join our Wrestling Club. Parabellum members can participate at no additional cost, while non-members may enroll with a biweekly wrestling-only membership. The club consists of both a Youth team and an Adult team.

 

Our Wrestling Club meets Wednesdays from 6:00–8:00 PM and Saturdays from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, offering high-energy training in a fun, supportive environment. Athletes are coached by Olympic-level wrestlers and state champions, bringing elite experience and proven knowledge to every practice. Check out their bios HERE.

Whether you’re brand new to wrestling or an experienced competitor, our program is designed to help athletes grow and improve. Beginners will build a strong foundation in wrestling fundamentals, while advanced wrestlers will focus on sharpening technique, conditioning, and match strategy.

No matter your experience level, everyone is welcome. Come be part of a positive, challenging community focused on development, confidence, and pushing limits—together.

KIDS WRESTLING

Wrestling is a fantastic way for kids to build strength, discipline, and confidence. Through fun, structured training, they develop high level skills, improve physical fitness, and learn how to overcome challenges—both on and off the mat. Our program is designed to help kids grow in a supportive environment where they can make new friends, build resilience, and have a blast while learning valuable life skills.

ADULT WRESTLING

Adult wrestling is an excellent way to improve your fitness, agility, and mental toughness. Whether you're looking to get in shape, build strength, or challenge yourself in a new way, wrestling offers an intense full-body workout that boosts endurance, coordination, and focus. It's also a great way to meet like-minded people while pushing yourself to achieve new personal goals in a welcoming and motivating environment.
