Welcome to Parabellum Jiu-Jitsu MMA Academy. By accessing our website, enrolling in our classes, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership & Enrollment
   •    Members must complete registration and sign a waiver before participating in any class or event.
   •    Memberships, passes, and fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   •    We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, and programs as needed.
2. Health & Safety
   •    All participants must disclose relevant medical conditions prior to training.
   •    You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to participate in martial arts training.
   •    Protective equipment must be worn when required. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from class.
3. Code of Conduct
   •    Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow members is mandatory.
   •    Harassment, violence, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
   •    Clean attire and proper hygiene are required for training.
4. Liability
   •    Participation in martial arts, combat sports, and fitness training carries inherent risks.
   •    By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release Parabellum Jiu-Jitsu MMA Academy, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
5. Website Use
   •    You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to access restricted areas, introducing malware, or infringing on intellectual property.
   •    All content is property of Parabellum Jiu-Jitsu MMA Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Termination of Membership
   •    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
